Well, you party before you sleep! Usually you play games and stuff and try to stay up late so you can have as much fun as possible before bed...

I...see. What kinds of games do you play? I assume there is one where you spin a bottle around for no reason?

It's not for no reason! When you spin it, you have to kiss whoever the bottle is pointing to! But people play that sometimes, yeah. Usually they play truth or dare, too..

Kiss? There was more to that?

[Thank goodness she never participated in that. Lucina would probably die.]

Truth or dare sounds self-explanatory, if a bit incriminating.

Yeah! What, did you think they were just spinning it around just because? I mean, it's not my kind of game, either, but that's just because, y'know, kisses are important to me. Truth or dare is more fun to me, even if I tend to go for dares a bit more.

They also have, like, this paper thing that's supposed to be some kind of fortune teller? Like, you pick numbers and colors and its supposed to tell you something about your future! It's pretty cute!

I understand you. Kisses are very important so...they must be reserved for someone special.

[Girl talk was new. And fun, okay!]

Is there a fortune teller here?

I think so, too! can fold one now, actually. Let me just get a piece of paper...

[She reaches into her bag, takes out a page from her notebook and starts folding..]

It's just supposed to be silly..but basically you ask a question and its supposed to give you an answer!

[INTENTLY WATCHING. And wondering how folded paper would work like this.]

Any question? Or something simple?

Anything you'd like!

[ Once the teller is folded right, she takes out her pen and marks up the outsides and insides... ]

But it helps a bit if it's a yes or no question! But it goes over your hands like this!

[She says, putting the four folds in her thumbs and pointers, holding them out to her!]

Ta-da!

Hm. It seems rather innocent so far. A yes or no question...

[After a moment of thinking.]

Will tomorrow be safe?

[ Sounds like as good of a question as any. ]

Okay, pick a color. Red, blue, green or yellow!

Blue.

[Of course blue. While she wasn't in her normal blue armor, her hair still was just....blue.]

I kind of figured you'd say that...okay, B-L-U-E.

[ She opens it, in and out, four times, one for each letter...]

Okay, now for numbers! 1 through 4, take your pick.

Three, to be a little different.

[She already jumped to the conclusion that she would do that again three times.]

Oookay! One, two, three...

[In, out, in...and a different set of numbers!]

5, 6, 7, or 8?

Six this time.

[This is getting odd. More that Lucina has no idea what is going on here.]

Getting a little crazy, right? One, two, three, four, five, six!

[ She keeps weaving in and out, and... ]

Okay, this is the really important one! 5, 6, 7 or 8?

[Taking it entirely too seriously! A true Lucina fault.]

T-then....five.

A good choice, a good choice! And the answer is...

[ Instead of weaving in and out again, she opens the fold labelled with the five... ]

"Without a doubt"!

[Sigh of relief.]

That's good to know. We should enjoy that while we can.

[loveisanopendoor]

No kidding. We can always use the break, after all.

[ Seeing Lucina so genuinely relieved over it, she doesn't have the heart to stress that the whole thing is just a silly game. It's a sign of hope, after all. ]

I hope it stays that way for a while, honestly. You take anything you can get here, don't you?

...you do. It's difficult but the best thing to do when you have a chance is to relax and enjoy life.

[That's her motto, at least. Coming from a place with constant death and fighting.]

That's a pretty optimistic way of looking at things! Of course, too much of that isn't exactly the best thing either, in my opinion. When things get too relaxing, too much of the same, you start to get a little bored, don't you? That's why you have to go outside your comfort zone every now and again, after all!

I suppose I have difficulty with that.

[She really does. But she's going to surmount it right NOW.]

On that line...er...do you happen to have that chocolate?

[Asking for things is outside her comfort zone, yes.]

It's okay. I'm just speaking from experience, is all. When you spend too much time in the same place...well, as relaxing as it is, it can be a little bit overwhelming, too, in its own way.

It should be on the desk behind you, though. Have as many as you'd like, Kaori and I kinda hoarded as much as we could when the vending machine started serving it...
